Help with Apricorn Juice.

Does anyone know how the apricorns work in making the skill juice? What apricorns make what skills and what is a good flavor/mildness? I would like to know before I start working on my Pokemon since there is a max to the amount they can take.

I don't remember since I haven't used them since May. I do remember that Pink Apricorns make speed. Either Green or Blue make Skill.
