I saw a knife bounce off a wall and kill someone by landing on their foot and then another time when my friend threw a plain 'nade to their spawn and got five kills.

I guess my "submission" depends on your definition of killcam, but a friend of mine had three consecutive rounds of ninja diffuses during hardcore search, all on the same enemy team.
