Dawn's Piplup

Anybody else think she's mentally retarded for not evolving it? (No offence to retarded people)

Um, I guess so. I just don't get the question, so I have no opinion.

Dawn didnt evolve her piplup, she gave it an everstone. I think that was a stupid move because it could have helped he so much more, with battles and contests.

Not really, because even Piplup didn't want to evolve. Then there would be 3 Empoleons. Then again, I completely HATE Piplup, because it trys to be a Pikachu, with it stealing the show.

i dont mind piplups but dawns one just makes me angry always trys to stand up for itself then it faints its like AHHHHH JUST GO AWAY

I don't get why piplup would want to stop its evolution though, since it wants to protect dawn ,it could have gotten stronger and have been able to do so more efficiently.

Kind of offensive to people. Locked and archived. It's a pretty pointless topic we all know that they never evolve. Ash has a lv 250 Pikachu.
